Baja Gold is an unrefined sea salt that preserves the valuable trace minerals of the ocean. Our natural creation process retains slightly more moisture than traditional table salt. Because of this, Baja Gold is best seasoned by the pinch, vs. a shaker or grinder. We offer two grain sizes:
Fine Grind: Our smallest grain size. Milled to a flour-like texture. Perfect for daily kitchen use, including seasoning, sauteing, and baking. Fastest to liquify.
Natural Grain Crystals: A medium grain size, most similar to traditional salt crystals. Perfect for finishing dishes before serving, pickling, or for a salt crust on meat or fish.
Travel Grinders: Our travel grinders have an adjustable grinder top; pull up for best performance. Overall grind often flows better after a small amount of salt has been used. Light shaking may also help Baja Gold flow into the grinder mechanism. Enjoy!

I give a bag of this salt as a gift to anyone I love because it will hands down help them live a healthier life! Put some in your water, but some in the soil you grow vegetables in, put it in the foods you cook. Everyone will tell you how good it all tastes, the secret is in the salt!
