I’ve been using Liquid Ocean Minerals for 15 years and it my immune system is functioning at peak performance levels . I’ve place a teaspoon in 8 ozs water each morning mixed with apple cider vinegar and drink it to start my day. Prior to discovering this amazing product I usually had 2-3 bad colds each year that would keep me down for a week. Now I rarely have a sore throat and when I do I use an additional 4-5 drops 4-5 times over a 24 hours period and the sore throat vanishes. Who has time to be sick, Life is too short! Highly recommend!
