I bought the 25 lb. of the fine grind, and it’s so delicious. Not the main reason why I got it, though. Barbara O’Neill recommends it, and it has like 90 trace minerals our bodies need. So, I take it throughout the day with my water, and to our food. I also just bought another 25 lb of the grain crystals, which is gonna go great for everyday cooking—especially with my steaks. Don’t hesitate in buying this salt, and if you’re gonna use it as your everyday salt, get the 25 lb. It’s way cheaper. We’re set for a while! Thank y’all for this wonderful salt. God bless!

I use Baja Gold for my cooking , it brings the taste out of my meats and veggies in a good way . I mainly use it as hydration, i put a tablespoon of salt in a gallon of water and that’s what i drink on a normal basis . I have amazing energy, i use to feel tired and sluggish but now with Baja Gold i feel much more energetic.
