I've had issues with severe muscle cramping (due to one of my BP meds that targets excess fluid retention) and have tried many supplements containing the magnesium and potassium to replace what I lose.
Baha Gold was recommended thru a social media acquaintance and decided to give it a try... even though it appeared the amount of those minerals were a bit lower than what I was previously using.
I am SO glad I did!
I started with the recommended dosage right from the start but broken into 2 doses. Within the first week I only had one mild cramping episode and it passed quickly. I found I can adjust dosage much easier than supplements if I need more or less, depending on my activity level and fluid loss.
I also love that this is MUCH lower in sodium than other mineral sea salts.
Getting ready to place another order and hope this product is around for a LONG time.
