My physical therapist recommended this salt in a daily glass of water to help with my severe muscle cramping. So far I’ve used it for a week and it’s too early to tell any difference. However, I do like the taste and the fact that it has less sodium than typical table salt. So glad to have the option of trying something that might help! I do recommend the shaker as an easier way to dispense the salt.
