Add to water bottle with lemon slices & juice
I make my own hydration drink for my rides and use only the best salt! Go for Gold! this premixed hydration liquid is pretty cool. I wanted to try it. It is too expensive for me and I will definitely make my own. I guess it is for people who don't want to just wait for the salt to dissolve? IDK but no worries, wanted to try it. Happy training!
