Baja Gold is an unrefined sea salt that preserves the valuable trace minerals of the ocean. Our natural creation process retains slightly more moisture than traditional table salt. Because of this, Baja Gold is best seasoned by the pinch, vs. a shaker or grinder. We offer two grain sizes:

I’ve been trying yo get my family to eat healthier and one of those things was salt. I started with Celtic sea salt and my family would eat it. They started calling the regular table salt their white gold and kept fighting me on the transition. However, that wasn’t the case with Baja good. I bought an electric salt grinder and no one asked for the table salt again. Celtic seemed to not be as flavorful but Baja gold was full of flavor and an easier transition. White gold (or should I say white death💀)is gone from my house!! 😁 yay

I make my own sourdough bread from scratch. This works great for the sourdough bread. Have tried a little pinch in my coffee and personally don’t like I like coffee's strong taste. I do use a pinch in my water in the morning. Works great for what I use it for.
