Love this stuff
I have suffered from migraines most of my life and recently learned (thanks to Gary Brecka) migraines/headaches are mostly caused by a sodium deficiency. Whenever I wake up with a headache I mix 1/2 capful of Ocean power sport in 12 ounces of water and within 1/2 hour the headache is gone. Never taking pills again.
